Ordering & Payment

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or have permission from a parent/guardian.

Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • All orders are subject to flower availability
  • Prices may change without notice due to seasonal availability
  • We'll confirm your order via email to the address you provide

Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify
  • We accept major credit cards
  • Payment is due at time of order placement
  • For custom arrangements, 50% deposit may be required

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Areas

We deliver within Charlotte and surrounding metro areas. Check our delivery area tool for specific locations.

Delivery Windows

  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM to 2 PM
  • No specific time slots - we deliver within these windows

Pickup at HK Crafthouse

Available during mall hours at Northlake Mall. You'll receive pickup confirmation when your order is ready.

Our Fresh Flower Promise

Quality Expectations

  • Flowers are living products and natural variation occurs
  • We may substitute flowers based on seasonal availability while maintaining design integrity
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you're not satisfied with your arrangement

What We Can't Control

  • Natural wilting after 3+ days
  • Recipient availability for delivery
  • Building access restrictions
  • Weather-related delivery delays

Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information

Provide correct delivery addresses, contact info, and payment details.

Prohibited Uses

Don't use our site for:
