Ordering & Payment

Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• All orders are subject to flower availability
• Prices may change without notice due to seasonal availability
• We'll confirm your order by email to the address you provide

Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify
• We accept major credit cards
• Payment is due at the time you place your order
• For custom arrangements, a 50% deposit may be required

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Areas

We deliver within Charlotte and surrounding metro areas. Your available options are confirmed by ZIP code at checkout.

Scheduling

Available delivery and pickup dates and time windows are shown at checkout — choose the option that works for you, and we'll confirm once your order is ready. Same-day service is not guaranteed, so please order ahead.

Pickup

Pickup is available at our NoDa studio: 322 W. 32nd St., Unit E02, Charlotte, NC 28206. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

Our Fresh Flower Promise

Quality Expectations

• Flowers are living products, and natural variation occurs
• We may substitute flowers based on seasonal availability while maintaining the design's integrity, size, and overall feel
• Contact us within 24 hours if you're not satisfied with your arrangement (see our Return & Freshness Policy)

What We Can't Control

• Natural wilting after 3+ days
• Recipient availability for delivery
• Building access restrictions
• Weather-related delivery delays

Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information

Provide correct delivery addresses, contact info, and payment details.

Prohibited Uses

Don't use our site for:
