Yobel Floral Studio — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy covers ENCORE, our recurring flower subscription, along with any other recurring or pre-order "purchase option" offered on yobelcharlotte.com. It explains how subscriptions are billed and how to cancel. (For one-time orders, see our Return & Freshness Policy.)
How ENCORE Billing Works
When you join ENCORE, you authorize Yobel Floral Studio to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis — on the delivery schedule (cadence) you choose at sign-up — until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each cycle so we can design and fulfill that cycle's arrangement.
How to Cancel
You can cancel ENCORE at any time:
- From your account: Log in at yobelcharlotte.com, open your subscription, and select cancel.
- Through us: Email hello@yobelcharlotte.com or call/text 704-909-9695, and we'll take care of it for you.
Cancelling stops all future billing. Any arrangement you've already been billed for in the current cycle is still yours.
Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancel before that cycle's order cutoff (our weekly cutoff is Sunday). Because flowers are perishable and made to order, once a cycle's arrangement has entered production, that specific delivery can't be cancelled or refunded — but your cancellation will still stop every cycle after it.
Pause or Skip
Need a break instead of cancelling? Reach out and we can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery, so you don't lose your spot.
Refunds
Because each arrangement is freshly designed and perishable, payment for an arrangement already in production is non-refundable. If your flowers arrive damaged or aren't right, our Return & Freshness Policy applies — contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Price or Plan Changes
If we ever change ENCORE's pricing or terms, we'll notify active members in advance. Continuing your subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms — and you're always free to cancel first.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (for example, an expired card), we'll try to reach you to update it. If we can't process payment, your upcoming delivery may be paused or your subscription cancelled.
