Quality Guarantee
If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us immediately:

About Fresh Flowers
Since flowers are perishable, living products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Natural wilting after 3+ days
- Arrangements delivered and accepted in good condition
- Custom arrangements (unless damaged upon delivery)
- Changes of mind after delivery is complete
Delivery Issues
If we can't complete delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we'll:
- Contact you to reschedule (no additional charge)
- Hold your arrangement safely for up to 48 hours
- Offer store credit if rescheduling isn't possible
