FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Yobel different from a grocery-store bouquet or a traditional florist?

We're the lane in between. Grocery flowers are cheap but generic. Traditional florists are beautiful but pricey and stiff. Yobel is the fast-casual artisan florist — handcrafted designs by your BloomSmith, honest prices, and a vibe that actually feels like you. Flowers that say what words often miss.

How do your three "doors" work?

  • The O.G. Bouquet — Designer's choice. You pick the size, we handle the rest. The easy, low-thinking, always-beautiful option.

  • Yobel Signature — Our named, curated arrangements with personality and meaning.

  • BYOBloom — Build Your Own Bloom. Pick your container, your vibe, and your size. You pick the vibe, we handle the magic.

Are your arrangements made to order?

Yes. Every Yobel arrangement is built fresh by hand when you order, using whatever's freshest and most beautiful that day. Because flowers are seasonal and every design is one-of-a-kind, the photo shows you the vibe — your BloomSmith handles the rest. No two are ever exactly alike, and that's the point.

Do you deliver? What's the delivery fee?

We offer local delivery across the Charlotte area for a flat $15 — one simple, honest fee. No surprise service charges, no hidden add-ons. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm you're in our delivery zone.

When will my order be delivered?

Local delivery runs on scheduled days, and you'll choose your delivery date and time window at checkout. Orders placed after our cutoff will be delivered on the next available delivery day. We don't leave arrangements outside in extreme heat or cold, so someone should be available to receive your flowers.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely — and pickup is always free. Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout, pick your time, and grab your flowers from our studio in NoDa. Pickup is the fastest way to get your blooms.

Where are you located?

Yobel Floral Studio 322 West 32nd Street, WareSpace E02 Charlotte, NC 28206 (NoDa)

Can I send flowers as a gift with a message?

Yes! At checkout, use the Gift Message & Special Instructions field to add your note, the recipient's name, and anything we should know (like "leave with the front desk" or "call on arrival"). We'll make sure your message travels with the flowers.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most arrangements stay beautiful for several days to over a week. Keep them in fresh water, trim the stems every couple of days, and keep them out of direct heat and sunlight. Every order is built fresh, so you're starting from day one.

Do you do weddings, sympathy arrangements, or events?

Yes — these are close to our heart. We offer micro weddings, elopement flowers, and sympathy arrangements including home tributes and standing sprays. For these, the best first step is a conversation. Call or text us at 704-909-9695 and we'll take care of you.

How do I reach a real person?

Call or text 704-909-9695, or email hello@yobelcharlotte.com. We're a small, family-run studio — when you reach out, you're talking to the people actually making your flowers.

What does "Yobel" mean?

Yobel is an ancient Hebrew word for Jubilee — the year of liberation, when what was lost is restored and freedom is announced out loud. It's also the original name for Juneteenth, the day we opened our doors. Rooted in culture. Blooming with purpose.
