You ordered something beautiful. Here's how to keep it that way.
Got a Vase Arrangement?
- Change the water every 2–3 days and trim the stems slightly each time
- Remove any wilted blooms as they go — it helps the others last longer
- Keep it in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Mist the petals lightly if you want to show extra love — just avoid the centers
Got a Wrapped Bouquet?
No rush to unwrap it immediately — that Arrive Alive packet attached to the stems is feeding your flowers for up to 24–36 hours. When you're ready:
- Trim stems at an angle under running water
- Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline
- Place in fresh water in your own vase
- Add the flower food packet if one was included — it actually works

Do those four things consistently and your arrangement stays fresh 7–10 days. Some arrangements push past that depending on the flowers — custom rose colorways especially tend to hold strong.
